Dinner with the Schoenfelders

Jim, Clare, and Corinna invited us all over to celebrate Vince’s birthday.  It was a beautiful evening so we sat outside.

Clare grilled pork tenderloin — yummy!

Ethan wanted to show Ma the backyard — and the bees!

With the meat cooked, Clare started the process of slicing:

The table is set and ready for us!

“Whatcha doin?”

Our delicious dinner: (tender and juicy pork tenderloin, cole slaw — it was so good I had at least 4 servings!, and brown rice mixture with apples, asian pears, almonds, walnuts — it was great!)

Although I enjoyed the rice as is — Ethan proceeded to pick out all the apples out!

Matthew was too hungry to wait — the minute Vince put down his plate, he started eating!  Of course, I stopped him and asked him to wait for the rest of us!

The vegetable medley is making its way around the table with Clare’s help!

And then Matthew did his job — “Cheers time!”
